Terms & Conditions

Territorial Limitation: All OPD benefits under this plan are strictly applicable only within the territory of India.
Tele-Consultation (Exception Policy): Tele-consultation available only if the member’s mobile number is registered and is an Indian number (+91). Services follow IST and require prior booking.
Tele-Consultation Access: Cashless via the app within the channel partner network only.
GP Availability: Daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Tele-Specialist Availability: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on working days, excluding national holidays and Sundays.
Diagnostic Services: Cashless, home visits with prior appointment within the network.
Cashless Facility: All OPD services must be availed via the app with prior appointments.
No Reimbursement Policy: No reimbursements for any services under this plan.
Usage Monitoring: Excessive usage may lead to action by channel partners.
Network Partner Availability: Subject to periodic review; changes updated in real time on the platform.
